Red Clay Faces Mezcal Shot Glasses (4 Pack)

Unit price per

These artisan ornamental Zapotec shot glasses are handmade in a remote village called San Marcos Tlapazola by "The Women of Red Clay" outside Oaxaca, Mexico.

From red clay with an unglazed finish, they come in a four piece set. They are inspired by the rough beauty of the San Marcos pottery tradition and are great for drinking mezcal. These shot glasses will take you back to a much simpler time. The villagers only make a certain amount per year, making these pieces truly incredible.

No pieces are the same and they stand roughly 2.7" tall and are 2" wide. Faces may vary slightly as we use several artisans to make these pieces.

Red Clay products are made using traditional methods are not chemically sealed. To enjoy traditionally, simply soak the glasses in water before use to prevent seeping or stickiness before drinking.
