Q: What is the best way to care for my drinkware and is it dishwasher safe?

A: Since all of our products are handmade from delicate materials and finishes, we strongly discourage the use of; dishwashers, harsh soap, and abrasive sponges. The best way to care for your product is a soft cloth, water, and just a little soap!

Q: My order came in broken, what do I do?

A: Please email info@mezcalforlife.com and we will get it replaced for you right away. 

Q: I preordered an item and it is running late, when can I expect it? 

A: Preorders delivery dates are estimated and there are a lot of variables at play to get the products in your hands from these small villages in Mexico; customs, weather, artisan's health, etc... Sometimes it is very hard to predict when we will receive them. Please be patient with us. You are doing a great services to the villagers when you preorder.
